hey i used it and ive been looking for another one. Can i buy more then one? and where can i buy it from?

Anyone have a list of towns that have skill people in them?

Grendich Courthouse has a skills person in it. I bought a few nice skills but there were no signet's there. I did get a skill unlocked though. (see screenshot for map) ignore the red dots I was doing bonus in Nolani Acad Mission.

You can get the Signet of Capture in Lion's Arch as well as purchase as many as you want in Quarrel Falls (I believe).

you cannot get signets at either of those 2 places

but Master Scout Kiera (Henge of Denravi) has it

Whatever, I bought 5 of them from Quarrel Falls, or The guy in The Wilds, can't remember.

I always get mine from Magi Malaquire at Lion's Arch (only possible after you've done the quest for him)
